High strength forged aluminum alloy carabiner. The only carabiner currently that meets the new ANS Z133.1-2007 strength requirements. Unique patented three stage autolocking gate mechanism allows for 2700 lbf. (12kN) gate strength. Gate open strength 2250 lbf. (10kN). Comes with captive pin. Manufactured in Wales by DMM Ltd. Meets ANS Z133.1-2007 gate face, minor axis ansd side lead strength of 3600 lbf. (16kN)
